I found a Cloak Shrapnel off of a Priring (A normal Priring not a monster tower one).

Enchanting my whole fashion set (Head, Gloves, Overall, Boots, Stockings, Glasses) in only 9 EXP Supers. 7 of which had max exp gain. I then used 1 exp reassign on my stockings that had +2% and it got to 3%. Then I used another exp assign on my shoes that had +2 and it got to 3% aswell.
