Hm, Anyone Else Notice?

Since the guild change, Neutral guilds do not give the evasion or accuracy boosts any more... Yet for some reason, I'm still hitting monsters as much as if the boost didn't go away. Just a coinky-dink or did OGP tweak the hit/evasion-formula?

Ehh, WTF, I think they changed the Neutral Guild's stats completely. Level 3 used to be Strength +4, Stamina +4, Luck +3, Magic +4; but now it's Physical Max Damage +3% & Magical Max Damage 3%. Level 4's going to be the same, just +5%.

To be on topic, i don't think the formula's changed, i've always heard that Level always played a much bigger role in PvE accuracy and evasion than the stats themselves ever did.

If i'm not mistaken, the old bonus for level 5 neutral was 5% to both accuracies. That would only mean (if the formula is based purely on % rates) 1 more of 20 hits would miss on average. not sure how noticable that is.

It's been like this for about a day now. I think every guild will be the same, but after level 5, there will be small difference. For instance, a level 5 neutral guild gives 8% more magic/physical attacking power. At level 6, it gives 2% more for rare item drop rates (and adds +2% more after each level). So I can only assume other guilds will have another type of buff.

it's so-not fair to change boosts midway, and i don't know about neutral and chaos, but order lev 6 seems like a bad bad joke, the change is 2% drop rate.

which as we know means totally nothing.

I heard of it, and know most of the people involved, but I'm not interested in reading game info off of blogs. If it's not posted on the forums here or OGP's, I won't see it.

It would probably be better if those folks just post topics in General for each blog they make instead. Not only would it benefit the players, but it would also be much more convenient. Also, some of the information on the blog (IE: the guild stats) would be very nice to have... So... You know... The folks here can edit their wiki to reflect the new change when the discovery(ies) are made.

Accuracy has the most noticeable effect on Red, Orange and Yellow monsters.

Evasion has the most noticeable effect on Green and Gray monsters.

Essentially, accuracy is good for powerleveling on overleveled mobs and evasion is pretty useless unless you're trying to save pots while farming outleveled mobs.

So neutral guilds get the best buffs in the end? So sitting on the fence DOES have it's benefits. Gogo 8% more max power.

You should contact Kenji of the ~Destiny~ (AKA: oxDestinyxo) guild. There are MANY inactive people who we can kick. The more active people, the better. It also helps in advancing the level of the guild. (Right now we're level 6 with 77% in the guild exp bar)

LOL, well now, I guess I"m glad I picked Neutral for my guild. Now just to get active members besides myself.... How sad is it that the guild's 61% of the way to level 4 and it's all from characters I control?
