Well I've never done this "Cannon Event" before so I'm not sure how you do it.

Is it an isolated map with cannons that fire stuff?
Do you get exp even if you're on the map?

Basically, cannons will be implemented around Elias. I think its a shaggy or a zombie priring will fly accross the sky, you shoot the monster with the cannon and you gain exp according to your level. People around you also get exp if the monster is shot. so you can afk there and watch your exp go up.

the exp gap is surely quite large, at 64 i got from 31 to 94k, at 65 i got from 26 to 122k, till now

nice if you're afk, but by hunting you would surely get moremore

and, sometimes i saw the congratulation appear on screen but ain't got exp after that :\

So since you guys are giving up grinding for 2 weeks by sitting your interbutts at cannons for a fortneight, does this mean you get more EXP from cannons than grinding or something - or just as good? Either that or are you just being lazy/taking a break?

If it is the equivalent to grinding then.. i r xcite :U

Yeah, multiple accounts. Manabi's on one account, Joxina on another, my mage on a third. -_- This wasn't exactly planned, Manabi was originally a mule, but I ended up switching to her as my main. It does come in handy during stuff like the cannon festival though.

Just a word of advice, don't stand there igniting constantly, you'll start getting yelled at because it screws up the timing of people trying to hit the monsters. And yeah, people are already starting to get rude about this type of stuff. *sigh*

That's just one of the cannon fx I believe. They're like the various fireworks, it just picks one randomly. One of them has that congratulations thing.

It might not as bad this time with the cannons, the cakes are going to be sheer hell to gather (the boxes have a very low drop rate, and you don't always get cakes from them), so a lot of people will probably spend time trying to gather those instead of idling at the cannons.

All the work and class i have makes this event perfect for me, I'm just having trouble debating to use this to raise a gunslinger or a warlord.

I do plan to contribute to the shooting when im available though.

Anyone know what will most likely be the best channel for these cannons? will ch 1 be TOO laggy or anything or will it be fine?
