New Content, awaiting for month(s). It's here, and so many problems occur.

It's like "here's the content!*in a few minutes, pulls back due to errors*".

It's a bit frustrating to think about, but I'll live.

GMGriff says it's because it has problems when name changing, etc. The only down side is having my mail wiped (supposedly) and having to re-add everyone to my BL. In all honesty, I'd be fine with that. I'm sure everyone else who requested a name change would too. Amongst some other weird things that don't really matter.

brb raging while I keep not getting the stuff I'm suppose to in mail and while people with certain text-packs call me infidel because they think it's funny.

I think the only reason he got a different response was because they force-changed his name on him. Notice they said they'd have to approve the new name before they'd change it.

The last couple of updates have reset most (maybe all) of my preferences for some reason. It's really easy for me to notice since I have BGM turned off at the moment, so when I launch the game and it starts playing at the login screen I know it's reset them.

well, you know, the basic way to fix things is to reset every custom.

Well, you see, I'm very picky with how I choose my words... For instance, they said: Unfortunately at this moment we are unable to offer name changes to players. This is basically saying "We can't change your name."

It's entirely do-able seeing how FreeAbortions got his changed within minutes, and was offered another change soon after (he sent in a ticket). However, the situation is that they WON'T change my name. Meaning they fed me some bull crap instead of just saying "No we r lazy srry no name chang k?"
