It's a chat program like Aim, MSN, Etc, but it let's you chat in game even while playing in full screen mode using hot keys and you can take screenshots, videos, etc. It also shows what game each of your buddies are playing, how long they've played for, what server they are on, etc. It also keeps track of how long you play each game.
