Slight update of a WIP. Just finished sketching out the concept art.

Might stretch the image to x2 the size while working on it. Cause the last pic I didn't even bother doing it at x2 the resolution LOL /taboo. And I was trying too hard to emulate LT NPC art style so it was kinda ehhhhh. I figured might as well draw my TH-soon-to-be-RW for the character art contest too and Frill's more chibi-ish than Shiki which works well in my favor since I like drawing cutesy moe girls. xD AND SHE IS GONNA HAVE A TON OF FRILLS like her name suggests.

Pretty excited to line/finish this since I picked up a few more techniques while browsing fanarts on pixiv.
