Intro to Engineers

Engineers use toolboxes and a very few skills throughout the engineer career. They are known to be boring because of the lack of many skills. There's a new toolbox every 5 levels.

Intro to Meisters

Meisters' use a "MG" or "Magnud" as a weapon. It's a robotic thing you control and attack with. Meisters have 2 main builds, STR and crit. Theres a new MG every 10 levels. Skills are mostly used with your MG, but there are some skills not used with it.

Levels: 5
Adds 1% accuracy per level
Tool Box Mastery (Skilled)
Levels: 10
Adds 1% Minimum and Maximum Physical Damage per level.
Tool Box Mastery (Expert)
Levels: 10
Adds 1% accuracy and Minimum Physical Damage per level
Tool Box Mastery (Master)
Levels: 5
Adds 2% minimum and 4% maximum physical damage per level.
Machine Gun
Levels: 3
Use the Tool Box as a gun.
Mecha Summon
Levels: 3
Summon a Giant Mecha Priring to shoot a lazer.
Thunder Trap
Levels: 3
Strike thunder in one spot.
Hammer Fall
Levels: 3
Drop multiple hammers and one big hammer.
Misc. Tab
Potential Energy
Levels: 10
1% increase to all stats per level

Weapon Tab

MG control [Novice]
Levels: 1
Makes it so you can use the first set of MG combos. (Strong, Strong, Strong, or Weak, Weak, Strong)
MG control [Skilled]
Levels: 1
Makes it so you can use the second set of MG combos. (Weak, Weak, Weak, Strong)
MG control [Expert]
Levels: 1
Makes it so you can use the third set of MG combos. (Weak, Weak, Weak, Weak, Strong). Rope speed increases, too.
MG Mastery [Novice]
Levels: 5
1% Accuracy increase per level.
MG Mastery [Skilled]
Levels: 10
1% Minimum and 1% Maximum Phyisical Damage Increase per level.
Requires MG Mastery [Skilled] level 5.
MG Mastery [Expert]
Levels: 10
1% accuracy and 1% Minimum Physical Damage Increase per level.
Ash Cannon
Levels: 3
Take out a Gatling Gun Looking cannon, and shoot an enemy four times. Damage increases each level.
Misterein
Levels: 3
A red ninja looking ally comes and attacks twice, but very quickly. Damage increases each level.
Gaiborg
Levels: 3
A chain of electric attacks hurts the enemy multiple times. Damage increases each level.
Raikiri
Levels: 3
You turn into what looks like an electric orb, and rush through your enemy, inflicting damage. Damage increases Each level.

Strength tree
Power Surge
Levels: 10
3% strength increase each level (Buff)
For Engineers, it's called Strength Fuel, and adds 4 Str each level
Focus
Levels: 10
Adds 1% accuracy per level
Same for Engineers and Meisters
Impact
Levels: 10
Adds a chance to do additional damage. Adds 15 damage to that addition each level.
No Impact for Engineers
Power Turret
Levels: 1
Places a turret giving your party a +7% minimum damage buff.
5% for Engineers
Ravage
Levels: 10
Ignore an additional 1% of enemys defense per level.
No Ravage for Engineers.
Power Turret [Upgrade] Level 1
Levels: 1
Power turret also increases max Physical damage by 6%
4% for Engineers
Power Turret [Upgrade] Level 2
Levels: 1
Power turret increases max Physical damage by 15%.
10% for Engineers
Gaiborg Upgrade
Levels: 1
Adds an additional level to Gaiborg
Machine Gun instead, for Engineers.
Raikiri Upgrade
Levels: 1
Adds an additional level to Raikiri.
Mecha Summon instead, for Engineers.
Critical Tree
Power Upgrade
Levels: 10
3% HP increase each level
2% for Engineers
Body Upgrade
Levels: 5
Decreases damage taken by 2% each level, when MG is equipped. (Buff)
No skill like this for engineers, but they have Speed Fuel, 1% speed added per level, 10 levels total.
Scintillation
Levels: 10
Adds 1% Evasion each level.
Same for Engineers and Meisters
Ash Cannon Upgrade
Levels: 1
Adds an additional level to Ash Cannon
No level addition for skill in place of Ash Cannon for Engineers
Misterein Upgrade
Levels: 1
Adds and additional level to Misterein
No level addition for skill in place of Misterein for Engineers
Critical Turret
Levels: 1
Place a turret that gives your party a +3% Critical Rate Buff
2% for Engineers
Invincible Turret
Levels: 1
Place a turret that makes nearby party members invincible.
Engineers do not have this.
Critical Turret [Upgrade] Level 1
Levels: 1
Critical Turret also increases Physical Critical Damage by 12%
8% for Engineers.
Critical Turret [Upgrade] Level 2
Levels: 1
Critical Turret also increases Physical Critical Damage by 30%
20% for Engineers.

Fire Turret
Levels: 5 [6-9 for Meister]
Additional damage each level. Hits flames at nearby enemys, u p to 3 enemys.
Curse Turret
Levels: 1
Lower 30% of Str of the target of this turret.
Slow Turret
Levels: 1
Slow enemys.
Push Turret
Levels: 1
Push Enemys away.
SP Turret [Meisters only]
Levels: 1
Recover SP of nearby party members

1-40: Do quests [Seriously, great EXP, no need for grinding]
40-50: Do Level 30 Spooky instance with a party
50-55: Axe Beaks.
55-60: Pyramid: Mummys, Mummy Zombies, Skeletons, etc.
60-70: Level 60 spooky with party.

I could've sworn it said 50 levels in the game and it's 2+ minimum damage and 4+ maximum damage. (As in adding that much to the min/max of the weapon instead of a percentage).

Maybe I misread it.

50 levels, when you get the skill at level 60? maybe if you got it at 30...but impossible. and i'll see about the + or %

Based on the jLT wiki, you can learn toolbox mastery (master) at lvl 60/62/64/... and the maximum level for the skill is 50. In addition, it costs 2 jps for each level. According to the comments at the bottom, the skills add a fixed amount, not %.

With my limited Japanese knowledge, the last comment of the skill roughly translated to: "You can get over 470 max. damage with a Harpie bag+9"
