Seriously doubt that'll happen, the loading screens are all PNG files, with the bottom bit chopped into 4 pieces on the side for some reason. (Maybe they do it that way because they overlay stuff down there.) Making them animated would require some serious changes, basically completely replacing the coding for the loading screens.
