Default Help [Chemistry]

For a project, I need to find the periodic trends...

I've got melting point, ionization energy, atomic radius and chemical reactivity

But I can't seem to find any trend for Ion Charge and Conductivity.

Halp?

All I can tell you is Hydrogen and all elements in group 1 usually have a Charge of +1
Group 2 have a charge of +2
Transition metals have charge that varies greatly from 1+ to 4+
The transition metal Zn (Zinc) is an exception has a charge of 2+
As well as Ag (silver) having a charge of 1+
Group 13 an ionic charge of 3+
Group 14 a charge of 4+ (I'm am unsure if it ever goes -4 >>)
Group 15 a charge of -3
Group 16 a charge of -2
Group 17 a charge of -1
Group 18 has no ionic charge.

This is off the top of my help and well probably be something you already know :<

Electronegativity- Increases as you go to the right of a period, Decreases as you go down a group

Most transition metals are charged +2 because they have 2 valence electrons. Exceptions are due to jumping of electrons from lower energy levels.

And I don't understand conductivity, do you mean the element existing in nature's conductivity? If so, just look at metals vs non-metals.
