Brute force: repeatedly read the list until such a time that you are able to recite it in its entirety even without reading it. (e.g. study in the morning, go to school, come home and recite it.) When you can do that, you win. No exceptions. (Takes a lot of time, though.)
Or write an (or as many as you want/need) essay using every single vocab word correctly.
I find things I don't want to do makes me remember better.
