Different Clan with Same job

So is there any real difference in picking a different clan (for the same job) other than its appearance?

For example, to be a healer you can be a taurus, bird or dragon

But all of the clan skills are really similar that I dont really find that theres a huge difference (maybe cool down is like +/- a second or something)

Is there like any stats difference? eg higher hp for taurus and maybe mp for bird/dragon?
