Fairy Crystal

Can anyone tell me what is Fairy Crystal used for? I have like 40 and I don't know if it's useful or not.

I heard it used in pack level up quest.
90 fairy crystals

that quest may requires other items too _ _

Ps. I'm not a pack leader so i don't know what item and how many of them used in quest _ _
