Holic was renamed to CloudNine
 

As many of you know or don't know, Holic was renamed to CloudNine.

I'm currently playing that game. It's alot of fun and it's cute as well ^_^
CloudNine is in Open Beta right now...or Release stage since they released the Cash Shop recently.

I'm afraid, you'll have to put up with the spelling errors in game, but not to worry the Netgame GMs mentioned they were going to fix that.

I've actually wanted to play Holic for a while but forgot about it after I got my new computer.

Is there anything that makes the game stand out more than your average MMORPG? X: I know last time I checked they had a make your own dungeon thing, or something, and you shoot your characters out of a cannon?

I think Cloud Nine is actually Holic 2, lol.

I had some problems patching the client as well, but on the second try, it worked without freezing.

It is a kinda cute game, but so far, I didn't see anything outstanding that would make it more playworthy than other games.

Also, I ran a 30-minute test for this game several weeks ago but didn't have time to log on back since I'm busy with other games. It's a decent game but it's mostly quest-based. One of the highlighted features of this game is the fact that characters and NPCs have voices, I guess. They kept the Korean voices. Don't worry, it's not annoying, though. (At least it wasn't for me.)

Just a little plus, if you have more than 2 characters in the character select, if you select one chara, the one who doesn't get selected will pout. I could say more detailed features but I only did a 30-minute run. I suggest looking at screenshots or YouTube videos to know more.

It's a nice game, everything's smooth and I love how Seneca Nene holds their one-hand swords. <:
Not something I'd play solo though, more fun with other people.

^ Well, because it's quest-based, you can solo quest. The quests chain (at least so far in my test run) and if it stays that way for a while, people can level without a party if they're just willing to do the quests. But I agree it's always fun with friends around, especially since the emotes are so lively that it's pitiful to be unused.

What I like about this game is that the clerics can have decent attack-type spells as well even early in the game, so they're not completely wimpy all alone.
