Grand chase doesn't open

I've been trying to open GC (I haven't played for a while)
But it seems it doesn't want to open at all <_< It doesn't feel like it, well wha happens is that whenever I open the main.exe

It shows the little window saying "Patcher initializing"
But after that it does nothing

I downloaded the installer and re-installed the game, but the problem keeps.

Any advices for it?

has your client ever been fully updated since they changed to v3?

The client has the 2nd anniversary news on it, so I'd guess so, how can I be sure?

Plus I re-installed the thing so I thought it would do it.

Sorry for double post.

I had to re-install the game twice for it to work.
I didn't know there was a sort of problem in the last patch that needed you to re-install the game.
