grandchase keeps closing on me when it gets to the sieghart laoding screen

I actually have this same problem for some reason. o_o;

Ever since I allowed main.exe 'access to the internet' after being blocked by Windows Live OneCare, it's been acting like this.

Likes to happen to me too. Especially when I decide to switch to Firefox to look around at stuff while it's loading. Usually though, clicking on the loading window where Sieg is right now helps. Click on it once and then don't do anything else until you get to the login.

It's very hard to get what's going on with your clients since this never happened to me.

And usually, you shouldn't have anything running besides your Desktop and Grand Chase client.

Have you guys tried your firewall too?

OR, it could all be the Warlord patch's fault. (Geez, there's ALWAYS something wrong with each patch.)

Well, I already got it fixed about an hour after it happened.

What I did, and oddly enough:
-Went to 'Grand Chase' folder
-Right clicked main.exe's properties
-Went to Compatability tab
-For some reason, 'Run in 640 X 480 screen resolution' was checked. I unchecked it.
-Checked 'run this program in compatability mode for' and chose 'Windows 2000'

Then it started to run just fine. o_o

Hope this works for someone.

my grandchase is still broken i've redownloaded it like 7 times already and it won't work it keeps going to the first load screen after the patch and just randomly closing
