GCPH Problem

Well today I downloaded the client for GCPH (from MMOSite in case someone wants to know).
I installed it and everytime I try to patch it; the screen freezes at "Patch is initialized" and after ~5 minutes I get a "Patch Unavailable"- 0x3 Error

Does anyone know why?=(

gcph ipblocked a lot of non-ph regions, including from their download/patch server
maybe europe is in that block?

Wow would be the first time that I've got an IP-block somewhere xD
