Can't Join PVP, Everything else works fine.

Well, my friend is having this issue.

We decided to pick up Grand Chase just to have something to do for the day.
After a while we got a quest to participate in PVP, so we were gonna go PVP.

But it appears, he's not able to join any PVP rooms at all!
He can't create, join, or be invited to a PVP room.
His client will just freeze at the loading screen.

I don't think it's lag, he has a computer with specs quite a bit over the requirements, and his internet speed is somewhere around 9 mbps.
Restarting the client, rebooting his computer, making both public and passworded rooms, nothing has worked.

Any ideas or helpful comments? @_@

Have you tried to reinstall the game? Sometimes it works with these kinds of problem. o_o

Well, he fixed it now, apparently it had to do with the Sound.
He muted his game sounds and it works now. [He can unmute them in the room and it'll still work.]

But I might have him try a reinstall sometime to attempt a permanent fix.
