Hello, it's the first time this has happened so I don't know, a friend of mine xRitaMordiox got banned, it seems she was in a party with a hacker and the whole party got banned. Before this "event" happened, a GM wrote "Thanks for playing, enjoy your B@" o.o What is a B@?

Anyway, what can my friend do to get her account back? And in the case she get's it back, what's the penalty for this?
