20 dungeons mission

Ok, I did this event mission where you had to complete 20 3star dungeons. Now when I completed it, the item that came with it didn't even show up in my inventory. I don't know what happened. I had plenty of space to receive the item, so what happened? It's gone. I don't know what to do about it now.

It's really unfair seeing all of those guys with this item in hand Q_Q

Its a Crest, check your Collection.
It should be 2nd to last as of now.

Those never existed on kgc. Mostly because 4th jobs existed before the crest system did.
