Taking too long to reply to 7767?
 

So about a month ago I sent an email regarding my 7767 error. I have yet to hear anything from the Gms. I haven't gotten a reply or anything of that sort. I have sent the email about 4 times (once a week) and yet nothing. I was wondering has anyone ever waited this long for a reply? Because I am finding out people that have had the error for maybe 2 weeks have had it taken off.

I thought 7767 was the ban error.

It just prevents me from signing into the main web page and forums. So that means no cashing either ._.

Absolutely everything. I just wanna know why they dont respond to my email. At least tell me you have acknowledged that I have sent an email and you are looking into the case. Don't leave me hanging in the deep blue sea.

You'll just have to be patient then.
