So, I was letting my mind wander one day while on my 20 minute bus ride, and was wondering about canon Grand Chase couples. I mean, you've got a mix of male and female characters working together for long periods of time--bring on the romance!

If you've seen any of my GC fanart, you'll realize that I ship Ryan x Lire, because they seem pretty canon to me. I also ship Sieg and Mari to some extent, but I'm not 100% sure on the canon-ness of that one. Jin x Amy is ok as well, but Jin seems like a bit of a loser when it comes to Amy.

My big questions, then, are:
1) Which pairings do you guys ship in Grand Chase?
2) WHO DO ARME AND ELESIS BELONG WITH?! I used to pair Arme with Lass, but then I noticed Ronan's dialogue in Fortress of Ascension, which totally changed my point of view.

I'm not gonna go into Dio, Zero, and Ley yet because I don't know them that well. I'm personally hoping that the Chaos update will clear many things up for me.

Lire X Lass (In a lot of pictures together as a pair)

Jin X Amy (For obvious reasons)
Sieg X Mari (Seriously, why? Just because he and his fighting style seem familiar to her?)
Dio X Ley (ASMODIAAAAANNSS!!! And possibly childhood friends)
Zero*

Tbh, I don't really care about pairing them up but if I had to choose, it would be Arme with Ronan and Elesis with... NOBODYRyan?

It's fun to think about though, with how the personalities weld/collide together.

Elesis and Arme do have something going on there, but it's more of a friendly rivalry thing in my eyes. Still, I like to see what kinds of opinions people have.

I wouldn't care about pairings and relationships if I were just the average GC player, but once I move into the fanart/fancomic realm, I inadvertently start thinking more about the characters as three-dimensional people (as best as I can with the boggled up storyline anyway). So yeah. Plus, I read too much shoujo manga. >__>

I'd have to say the best pairings are:
Sieg x Elesis
Lire x Arme
Ryan x Jin
Lass x Mari
Amy x Ronan

My reasoning might not be so great, I fear. In my opinion, these character combination clash as well as work well together - from my experience ^^,

Whoa XD Sorry about that then ^^,, If anything, I still would stick Lass with Mari ._., Elesis with Jin, maybe Amy with Ronan.....
