I wish it wasn't level 30 D;

I could probably solo it before level 30 :(

Haiko 07-23-2008 10:33 AM

Again, ew at the levels. 4th job should be for level 30. ._.
3rd job is 20. Not 2nd.
2nd is 11. _________

Zamte 07-23-2008 11:53 AM

The requirements are, again, harder for us than for everyone else too.

3 drops from Gardosen. Most likely seal-like in drop chance

3 drops from basilisk, again, most likely as difficult as seals.

10 drops from mini-golems. This may be the only actual quick part.

and 50 PvP medals, which will take me months. (I personally think they need to come up with an alternative to this one because it's just going to give swappers more reason to do what they do.)

Hector 07-23-2008 11:54 AM

Nevermind. :x

But they're not that rare.

Kowiz 07-23-2008 11:56 AM

the hardest part is...getting to level 30

.-.

Guiles 07-23-2008 12:07 PM

^On Elesis. *looks at my level 20 Elesis* Only neglected character I have =[

2nd is 5 in the other versions, actually.

But yeah, these might have been the level requirements in kGC as well, and they probably lowered them later. We can expect them to be lowered later as well, or at least, we can HOPE they will. (Who wants to get Elesis to level 40 before they can do the quest for the Job Advancement that's actually an improvement over her 1st?!)

And GM Loki himself said that it took him 14 runs to get Gardosen's Edge. But on the bright side, by the time you get those PVP medals (especially if you have my luck in PVP, getting grabbed in the middle of skills and all), you should DEFINATELY be high enough to run Hell Bridge!

Haiko 07-23-2008 12:37 PM

About the 2nd job... well, it is for level 5, but the lowest weapon you can use is for level 11. So it's more likely level 11. :p

im hoping they are setting swapper traps..... im sure they will be on extra alert for swappers with the release of 3rd job needing pvp medals

Zamte 07-23-2008 09:27 PM

On the positive side, I'm sure this will be less friggin annoying than 300 frags. Even getting 10 per run, which isn't common, the frags take 30 runs to complete alone. I got all my seals on my DK before I hit the halfway mark on fragments.

Anybody done this yet and wanna fill us in on roughly how common the drops are?

Pretty sure the quest in the other versions is nearly identical except for the gardosen items and the kaze'aze item. I recall seeing mention of mini-golems and fire temple in the quest scroll on bGC, as well as the PvP medals.

Nihil679 07-24-2008 06:38 AM

Peacemaker is difficult, a dungeon-runner in my room said he did the thing 10 times with no Peacemaker.

Gardosen's seem pretty easy, I did one run and got one first try.

Basilisk's seems like an ass too...

Mini-Fire Golems are ridiculously easy, probably 100% drop, each Mini-Fire Golem I've killed dropped it.

As for PvP Medals...
Sucks for PvE'rs, uber for PvP'rs

Zamte 07-24-2008 09:00 PM

Someone should set a timer or something before they do this, and tell us how long it takes. If it's only a couple of days to finish the dungeon parts, then I'm perfectly fine with it.
