Rates are definitely higher. Got a Catherine Pelvis/Hip earlier from a Lloyd, and we all know how lucky I am on a normal basis. ;_;

You start the quest at Lv 60.
As far as farming the pieces, you're looking at a few months. Of course, it also means you'll probably have to make an alt squad for farming because you get EXP for killing them. Once people hit 55-ish, they start farming for the pieces and go on until about Lv 62 when they stop dropping. If you don't get the peices by then, you've gotta go back and make an alt squad to farm the pieces or buy them from the market.

Yeah, sucks. But Catherine is a doll! :>
