I live in N.O..It's pretty much fully recovered..Some places have not re opened but they probably never will, as far as homes, whichever homes were going to be rebuilt have been..you won't come here and see devastation though..that's for sure

This is very amazing but no surprise at how this is Japan. As someone said earlier I would like to see how New Orleans is doing. Don't think they are capable of moving anywhere near this speed.
