In all seriousness, it depends on how you use the different mechas.

Some possible problems to why you can't tune is because:

1: Wrong tune up option.
2: Overcost.

And no, you do not require a pre-requisites.

I suggest sending a ticket then, because there should be no reason you cannot tune-up unless there's a bug.

^ not really. WIZ has more noobs than DOS/BRD, simply because they probably have more people. DOS has MoD clan, they're all really skilled when compared to the rest of the bunch.

Even if your union is full of noobs, you still have to consider the enemy side. THEY can get Game Warrior too, and it should be even easier for them if they're constantly beating down your side.

Managed to loot 195 Rt from offers.
AIMING FOR 400 RT IN THE WORST CASE SCENARIO:
-NO GARAPON SALE
-I FAILED TO OBTAIN EVE THE FIRST 5X ROLL
-ROLL ANOTHER 5X

and if I fail that too then I might just go cry myself to sleep that night.

shaden is a pretty good core.
the thoarla railgun is pretty sweet too.

Anyway, I'll get gamewarrior most of the time since I'll be the only one on DOS doing dmg most of the time.

And MoD isnt actually all that good. Theres like only 2 decent guys there, 3-4 that are just meh, and the rest are totally useless. ITS TRUE, I WAS IN MOD =)
