Old Games You Played

I went to my brother's house a few days ago to play some games. We were just searching through some games to play when we found a Gundam game for PS1. We decided to play it and gosh, the graphic was horrible! But it brought back memories of when we were younger. These were the games I played when I was young:

1. Gundam.. something. Horrible pieces of metals fighting each other.
2. Dynasty Warriors (I have the latest. I still love this game).
3. Resident Evil (zombies looks like blob of red dots)
4. Street Fighers (everyone plays this game!)
5. Bomberman (Aliens farting bombs.. Love it!)
6. Jackie Chan (Jackie Chan's face was a like a block! But its a funny game)
7. Some Wrestlemania thing. The only person I remember from there was Steve Austin (bald dude). Muscular pixel people fighting.
8. Tetris (is that what they call it?)
9. Bubble game where you shoot an arrow and they pop.
10. Dragonball Z. Yay Goku and Veggie-man!
11. Rainbow Six: Rogue Spear (Action game of the year: 1998. Lol)

Probably more. Just to name a few. Ahh.. The young days as a kid.

Old PS1 games? 8D

1. Castlevania - Symphony of the Night: IMO best 2d side-scroller RPG ever on the Playstation.
2. Pepsiman - This was so LOL but I finished the game regardless XD
3. Megaman X5 - Easiest Megaman in the world.

Going even further back into the NES era
1. Double Dragon II - hawt beat-em-up action! 8D
2. Contra II - loved this game, played it to death.
3. Excitebike - Tripping up other bikers was a favorite pastime of mine =3.
4. BattleTank - 8D great fun for 2 players.

Did I mention that the old Gundam game was only bought for $5 now? Prices are low yet they're rare because no one plays it anymore. xD

Dynasty Warriors is the only Koei game I play though. Mostly because I know some of the China history behind it. Plus, there are smexy characters in there. <33

*After the Genesis, I would not see another new console until the Playstation. The few times I got acquainted with the N64 were when I visited my cousin in New Jersey, when my sister was sick in Children's Hospital, or during the last few days of grade school during my middle school years. I only ever got to play the Dreamcast during my school's yearly May Fair. So, I missed a huge portion of games in that time. First things I got to play when PS1 was out were Crash Bandicoot and Tekken 2. As time went on, Resident Evil 1 and 2, Metal Gear Solid, Jet Moto, Dynasty Warriors (the original fighting game), Tomb Raiders 1-3, Mortal Kombat Trilogy, Final Fantasy 7 (yes, I was introduced to the series through VII), followed by 8 (bleh) and then 9 (awesomeness), and somewhere in between all of that was Legend of Dragoon (yay Lavitz! meh everything else), Legend of Legaia, Chrono Cross, Syphon Filter, Lunar 2: Eternal Blue, backtracked to Lunar: Silver Star Story, some PS1 Demo discs (which were usually awesome), Bushido Blade, the awesomeness of the Suikoden series, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Ace Combat 6, Rayman, Warcraft 2, Final Fantasy Tactics and so on and so forth. The future was filled with PS2, catching up on old games via Emulator, playing computer games like Doom and Descent, and so on.

Games helped to greatly alleviate a huge ADD problem I had growing up, and I got a lot of games for being on my best behavior and doing well in school.

*still remembers fondly receiving Street Fighter II for a good report card in 2nd Grade*
