was so disappointed yesterday because of the IP ban
but when I learned how to fix it now I am playing

I think it just means "optimized" gameplay for the 4 listed countries. Everyone else can play, but they won't entertain cries of network lag for them :x

Uh, turns out I just needed patience >_> BUT I hope the launcher will update without any problems.
