Love how everyone has already condemned the game without knowing much of it at all. But I guess that is how Final Fantasy works now... if it's not VII guess it sucked. Introduce something new? NO. BAD. Don't introduce anything new? NO. BAD.

If people hate new things so much, why do they like 12 when it's radically different compared to all the other games of the series? And if 7 is so great, why does it get arguably the most hate in the series?

Very few FPSs had a decent story in the first place. The few that bother to focus on story are fantastic though.
