Christmas Treats!

I know it's almost that special time of the year. Christmas!
Does anyone have any special treats, foods that are cooked on that holiday?
If so feel free to share recipes or just explain what it is :3!

My mom usually roasts pork-not that special- but she does make a flan :3!

Self-made cookies and a whole roast chicken.

Yes, I make them myself. Cookies are usually given to carolers.

I make icecream bombs.

Other than that, I simply make a traditional swedish julbord. (eg sausage, meatballs, potatoes, ham, pickled herring)

I make my super-yummy pumpkin pie (kudos to the Paula Deen recipe; it's amazing). Then my mom makes cornbread stuffing which is absolutely spectacular.

Goodness, this is one of the main things i love winter break.

For me it's the tamales that my mom makes and am currently waiting to get hungry to eat more.
