Replacte your Soda addiction with something more healthy, juices (natural ones are great, but the ones that come in cartons and such aren't as healthy because of the preservants or w/e) or milk, which is pretty good for your bones, teeth and tastes pretty nice. Yet, never forget that the best thing you can drink is water, I know it's nearly impossible to drink just water but it's really good if you do.
