Potatoes and Chinese Cabbage
I have some in my refrigerator, but I don't know how to cook it :py64:
How would you cook this? I also have some other things in my fridge but I just want to cook these two things. tl;dr - Requesting recipes that include potatoes and Chinese cabbages. |

Potato taste great with the Chinese canned pork. 紅燒豬肉. Chinese cabbage... you can try to stir fry those with dried scallops. It taste great. |
I know, if you can take spicy, you can use them to make curry vegetables.

I'll usually dice the potatoes, fry them for a while(until slightly soft), (add the meat if you have 'em), and then add the chinese cabbage. Season with some soya sauce,salt. ^to the best of my memory, that's the way I usually cook 'em. |

Salt and pepper to americans is STIR FRY and SOY SAUCE to asians.
What i would do is 1. Chop some garlic 2. Fry garlic till slightly brown 3. Add cabbage(chopped and washed obviously) 4. soy sauce/salt/oyster sauce 5. serve as for the potato, make mash potato and OM NOM NOM NOM |
Chinese cabbage is good for stir fry. Just cut out a chunk, break the leaves up into small pieces. Put garlic and some oil in pan and heat them a bit first. Then add the cabbage, some soy sauce, water, and sugar (if you want) and cook it until you think it's good enough (try some every now and then, I guess.).
