many people who drink beer will tell you "the drunker you get, the less you notice the taste" XD

Personally, i stick to the harder stuff. I love a shot of vodka or whiskey every once in a while. (Pretty sad really.. from swishing whiskey for constant tooth aches, i dont notice the burn so much anymore XD)

as for when i just do a drink to relax every once in a while.. Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum or Tatoo in Dr. Pepper.. boost those 23 flavors! XD

Here are some reasons why people drink beer:

1. They are really bored.
2. It's cool
3. Peer pressure

If you have low alcohol tolerance, just avoid it overall. It won't be a pleasant experience.

Actually, most coolers have more alcohol than beer, at least 14%.


I'm not a big fan of beer. Personally, I prefer B**** beer (wine coolers) like Mikes and Smirnoff, but I'm also down for Gin or Vodka with juice (mmm, kool-aid), as well as Everclear Jello shots. I haven't had any good brandy in a while, but that's good too. As for wine, I'm more for the sweeter stuff, like White Zinfandel and Sangria.

As previously stated, it's an acquired taste. I was kinda forced to acquire it in highschool with all that ROTC (well, CAT as we called it) @_@

Went to Ireland last January (lads weekend away), had some of that guiness.. it was really nice, totally different to the stuff you get out of a can.
The malt whiskey was gourgeous too, quite expensive compared to back in England.

I remember sticking to caffreys ale most nights, it was really nice.. really creamy ale that didn't taste like anything I'd had before, really cheap too.
