Alternate pet shop pets?

I was just wonder if there's an alternate way to get some of the pets that are buyable in the east cape pet shop...since..

and if you look closely near the Merchant Guild's feet you can see...

Young Chocko pet?

I suspect the puppy comes from the item box in north acronia bridge using a copper medal but I'm not positive. How can i get these pets?

lol Cass, that Young Chocko is that ring's emblem. x_x I'm assuming the Puppy is from Copper Medal Cute option as you told me before.

phew i was scared for a second. What about the puppy though? Relying on the item box will be a pain :<

Puppy is from...
- Copper Medal Useful Option at Acropolis North Bridge West Item Box
- Emil Medal Useful Option at Acropolis South Bridge East Item Box
- Copper Medal Useful Option at Acropolis South Bridge East Item Box
- Wait until 100,000 Kitins are donated to the pet old lady NPC and she'll start to sell them for 55k

Young Chockko is actually a Pet... though getting is... erm... rather difficult to obtain... wait nvm not difficult... Time consuming :<
- Wait until 1,000,000 Kitins are donated to the pet old lady NPC and she'll start to sell Chockko Pet for 36k and when you equip it there's a small chance a Young Chockko appears instead

but yes that is an emblem lol, seen it many times

ooh ok thank you. I'm relieved about the chocko thing.... if it was some sort of drop from the young chockos i'd have to subject myself to hours of mindless grinding on them. I WILL get that pet @_@
