Where/How do i get a Tag Fabric ;_;

@_@; im trying to make a Name Tag :v i have no idea where to find a tag fabric though /o/ , Does anyone have any idea e_e?

Are you talking about the Name Tag which you can used to rename pets? Just wondering. ^^; If you are, you can find it in Momo Plains, from the pet breeder.
