Yeah they just resseted the counter back :< the potions which got donated went poof ;_;
maybe you should just keep all the jerrico pots in the storage for now

mmm I suggest getting Jerico's as well since there's an Item Refiner near the NPC, also get a Merchant to help so they can actually withdraw from their storage at the Guild Merchant near the NPC as well.

Umm, my current max weight is 9xx and cap is 5xx with my Carrier and both my bags on. o-o I'll volunteer if you want.

I don't really understand your situation so well since couldn't you just donate them in portions of which you can carry at a time?
