Um, well, the list on the Wiki goes from left > right and up > down corresponding with the list in-game.

Some dyes are only rare drops from boxes, some I heard Alchemists can make. You also get a free dye from the Hair Salon of your gender per account.

Odd, we can make Black Dyes just fine. Maybe they'll patch it in later.
