Dorama at Ectos

Well, this is mostly an IECO thing unless SG/MY follows the same thing.

Basically the biggest grinding area in ECO is ectos at LT. This is the place where level 1s get leeched to level 80 overnight (though they should stop at one point and jobchange). Of course, it's also a big source of dorama.

Ectos being so popular, the biggest rings in IDECO "reserve" the spot and use it to level their members. I've never been able to grind at ectos due to the fact that are barely any free slots in the schedule. Shnao and other ring members have confirmed that it is hax (50-80 right away).

Now ectos spawn got lowered, level cap got raised and exp tables got turned into more hardcore grindy korean ones and something about red alerts. The result is that ectos has been camped for weeks by the larger rings rushing to 90/50 and lower rings won't see ectos for a long time. Plus, people coming in to train at ectos get lashed at right away and it becomes a sausagefest. Even when the area is empty it's hard to assemble a party due to the drama it causes (some of my friends actually refused because they didn't want their rings to be spazzed at).

Lmao I wonder what's it like @ sgECO for Ectos. I have heard the drama going on but never actually saw it.

It's fortunate that we're on the other side of the earth because half the time I go there, the place is empty, simply because of Red Alert, although I hate it this makes it slightly better for me? lol

Not enough people at SGECO to cause e-drama for me to entertain myself.


GMs should just block off that area and see the reaction of the players. If they're treating the map as if it's theirs, thats the treatment they deserve. The map is for everyone, share it or GTFO.

Lol ive experienced enough and alot of drama at Ecto's already ._.

Ksing is popular in that spot. Even with our so Called Low population of people in SG/MY drama goes on there everyday lol.

Well mostly if im the one being kse'd or somthing , well i really dont have any patience so..
I just bring out Gambler. Kill spawns. no grind for everyone *evil*

Also i know what you mean by Guilds taking spots :> My guild has been holding the platinum/Hell diver spot in LT for 5 days now 24/7 cause of shift changing :>

Im pretty sure that happens in IDeco too.

Also, my friends told me Red Alert is there on purpose because the GM's put it there to prevent afk-macro parties. That's kinda cool because if it were a company like failtreev, they would just ban us.
