patching maybe I'm just impatient

Hello all,

I just downloaded and installed elswordHK today and it's been going fine. Except that the patch has been going fine for a while and now it's stuck and not moving. Is there a way to manual patch? Am I just being impatient?

Okay so I'm having a new problem. The log in screen is messed up but I'm able to log in. The game loads, I select the first server, select the first character, and then the music stops, the game minimizes, and nothing else happens. I'm not quite sure what's happening here. I'm gonna continue to play around with it but if anyone knows how to fix this then I would appreciate it if they could tell me.

Try pressing alt+enter to switch to windowed mode and see if it helps. If not then try backing up gameoptions.lua then delete the one on your elsword folder.

Edit: I can't find gameoptions.lua in the folder or for download.

Edit: I found that file as well as selectedservergroup.lua which also wasn't in the folder. I added them both in and the first time I ran the game it didn't just disappear; it froze and went to not responding and got a crash error. I tried again, thinking that maybe I didn't wait long enough to do other things while it's running, and I got the original problem where it disappears. The process is still running when this happens but I can't open it up.

Run as admin or in compatibility mode. Download new elsword.exe from my patch files.

I've been doing all that. The problem is that when I replace the old elsword.exe with the new one the game won't open. I'll try again and see if anything is different.

Edit: The new one worked this time but I'm still having the same problem.
