I am not happy that KoG are gender bending Chung, there is a difference between a young/'cute' boy, a pretty boy and a boy that actually looks like a girl.

Chung's 1st job; he's just a prepubescent boy, it's normal for them to seem a little 'girly'.

A 'pretty boy' describe those bishounen guys you see in anime, long eye lashes, sometimes girly hair but they can still be distinguished as guys.
