After playing the infamous Elsword rip-off for a bit, I've discovered that there's quite a few differences between it and Elsword, and of course MANY similarities. I've decided to make a list of things worth noting.
-Lots of Elsword sounds are still around. The clicking sounds, the timer, the barrier shattering, and hillariously enough, even though everyone else has different voice clips, Ling, the Aisha clone, still has a lot of Aisha's voice clips.
-This beta is starting out with the town update. Looks like they saw how Elsword started out with the town update in every other version and decided to follow suit.
-Characters move much slower. Walking is painfully slow, and running is still slower than in Elsword.
-And here's a major difference that makes Aisha/Ling/Fu go from the most noob unfriendly class to the most noob friendly:
Enemies no longer take reduced damage when knocked down. Oh yes. Fireball spam is now in fashion!
-Leveling goes much slower.
-Most combos, as far as I can tell, are the same, even though the animations make them seem different.
-Most enemies so far go down in just one Z Z Z Z combo with Elsword/Shen/Wu. They're much weaker. Bosses on the other hand, are stronger, more prone to going Stoic, and do much more damage. (Although I'm sure they'd go down faster if I was in a group, and we all spammed attacks that constantly knock them down and whatnot.)
-Bosses going Stoic now deal a significant amount of magic damage, as opposed to just 1.
-Elsword/Shen/Wu's X attacks now deal magical damage.
-I know this because physical damage appears in red number, magical damage appears in blue numbers.
-There aren't different tabs in your inventory for different types of items, just a few slots for all items.
-You do however, get your own personal inventory you can access in an Inn.
-The SP distribution system follows the old Elsword one:

Basically, in order to get to Triple Geyser (Now "Swords of Chaos"), you first have to blow SP on
every other active skill. (Including the buffs.)
-Just like in old Elsword, you can only have one 100 MP skill, one 200 MP skill, and one 300 MP skill in your slots.
-You get 2 SP per level, just like in Elsword!
-Generally, learning a new skill costs 1 SP, upgrading a skill costs 2 SP.
-Learning skills also costs money. The hell?!
-There's a bunch of new stats like "Bleed damage", "Chaos damage", "Blood damage", etc., as well as their defense equivalents.
-Weapons can now come with elemental enchants already on them.
-There's daily quests for EXP. Something Elsword doesn't have.
-Armor apparently no longer has class restrictions.
-Chain Fireball is still useless. Surprise surprise.
-Apple monkies can now inflict the reverse directions status affect on you. (Called Chaos in this.) However, they don't move around as much and are thus easier to kill.
-Mimics are much more frequent, and explode for magical damage when you hit them.
-There are items that have to be indentified before you can do anything with them. You need books to identify them.
-You don't get EXP, items, or money until you complete a stage, just like in Grand Chase.
-You can assign potions to automatically be used when you fall under 50% HP.
-There are now some cutscenes at the beginning of some stages, as opposed to the tutorial stage when you first create a character. These cutscenes cut into your time on timed quests. As well as the comical looking Monster King talking about doing some rather violent things to you when you reach the boss.
-Upgrading weapons now costs much, MUCH more money. I just blew most of my coins getting a sword to +3 (+4 actually, but it downgraded on me). As opposed to Elsword where an attempt at upgrading costs a tiny amount of ED.
-It now shows the percentage of success when upgrading. 4 to 5 had a 80% chance of success.
-The Attack and Magic Attack buffs now cost 100 MP, but last 90 seconds, increasing Atk/M. Atk by 50 at level 1, 100 at 2, and 160 at 3.
-Bosses now have different skins on different difficulties.
-Enemies still alive when the boss is killed no longer give EXP and drop items like in Elsword.
-Flame Geyser is not quite as useful as it is in Elsword. It deals MUCH less damage. (It takes a good chunk out of Treant's health in Elsword, but here, it barely does more than a ZZZ>>^Z combo to the smaller FoF version.)
-As far as I can tell, there are no medals.
-Attack Speed, Accuracy, and Evasion are gone.
-If you hold down Z or X and release at the 100 MP or 200 MP bars, you'll use the skill, just like in Grand Chase.
-The hold down Z or X to get the bar to 100 MP to force a knockdown thing is still in.
-Everyone gets Passives for Defense and Magic Defense. However, the third passive depends on class. Fighters get HP, Magicians get Magic Attack, and Archers get Physical attack.
-Magic Missle and Infinite Wave are now base class skills for Magicians.
-Here's a really annoying one: You HAVE to do the difficulty of the stage the quest is for. No doing higher difficulties and having them count.
-Archers (now rabbits) can inflict "Imprisonment" status on you. You cannot move, you can still attack, you can move by attacking, but cannot move with the arrow keys.
-Equipment now have "unlockable sockets". How does this work? It's quite stupid, actually. You have to get these stones, and they give you a CHANCE of "punching" the sockets in.
-Instead of gems that give random stats, you get gems for specific stats.
-Sword Knight's >>^XX knocks down, defeating the purpose of >>^XXX. Not to mention it's based off of magic damage now anyway. LOL!
-There are no longer enemies with special attributes like Super Armor, Criticals, Increased Attack, etc., or elemental attacks.
-Elemental enchants no longer exist. At least not as they do in Elsword. You have to gem for status effects.
-Poison no longer stacks and slows movement, Ice, Petrification, and Drain no longer exist to my knowledge. Fire and Poison are still around though.
-Your weapons can inflict "Chaos" (reversed arrow keys) and "Curse". (Same thing as in Elsword, your MP gets drained.)
-There are no longer the usual set equipments, but set bonuses still exist. Quest items and some forged equipment have them.
-There are no longer any special boss drops such as Bandit's Necklace, Barud's Tail, etc.
