Default Skill Reset?
I've readed on some threads that there is a skill reset quest on lvl 30. I was wondering where this NPC is and what the quest is.
If there's no such thing then I'd like to know which item in the cash shop is the skill reset.

I got the odd feeling its the 2nd one though xD due to its price.

That event is done.
The 2nd one is the full reset, the 1st is to reset 1 skill.

Thanks for this i was also wondering how to reset the skill points cause i missed up my points
