Luriels letter for credit question

Okay, so I was just wondering one thing about this.

I have an Sword Knight on my account that has a whole bunch of costume items and etc that I'd like to transfer to my Sheath Knight.

Question is, will this cash shop item allow me to transfer them to him without me putting the Phoru Stamps on them? I really don't feel like buying them in order to seal them.

this is for the bank sharing right? if so then yes it will. it will still cost one seal count, but you wont have to actually seal. also you should get a quest to get it for free if you dont feel like spending money for it

Okay, good news. Now, would you happen to know where to get ahold of the quest? I'm just coming back and some things have changed since my prior visit so I feel brand new again unfortunately.

Also, I don't see a seal "count" on my cash-shop items. Is this to assume they can be sealed an "infinite" amount of times, or?

ummm i think you get it at around lvl 35 from luriel? it should be somewhere around the mid 30s

as for your cash shop items. every fashion and accessory cash shop item has a seal count of 1. if they say "sealing impossible" then you cant trade it every again. its stuck on your character. if it doesnt need seals but says "trading impossible" in red letters then you cant bank share it and its stuck on that character.
