Updates:

4/14~4/28
"Rise to a higher level" (for newly created accounts)
- Log in to receive a Bagpack(lvl10). When the character reaches certain level then you can open the said box to get freebies with another level up box, so on and so forth.

Note: Only one character can do the quest in a new account.

"Dragon Accessory Trial"
- Receive a trial jewelry box which contains various accessories(dragon accessories)

Skill reset event
- Log in for 60 minutes to receive a 「忘卻藥水(15天)」 --> skill reset potion with 15 day duration
--> Only one per character
- Receive a quest from Ariel with the above item as a requirement together with an errand(200 dungeon runs i think) to get a 「忘卻藥水(永久)」 --> permanent version of skill reset potion

"Blessings of the God of War"
- Log for 100 minutes in during:
-- 04/16 (Saturday) 00:00 ~ 23:59 (HK time) to receive 「戰神的祝福製作券A」
-- 04/17 (Sunday ) 00:00 ~ 23:59 (HK time) to receive 「戰神的祝福製作券B」
Combine the two via Ariel to get a 可製作成「戰神的祝福(14days) --> 5 SP for 14 days

"Eye of Prodigy" New Quests via Ariel
- Obtain a "Phantom Ore" and opening it to get different awards.
1. When playing inside "Eye of Prodigy", "shadow" monsters inside can drop a "Shadow Crystal" or a "Shadow fragment"
2. Obtain the repetitive from Ariel to convert "Shadow fragment" into a "Shadow Crystal".
3. A 60 minute timer is issued to obtain a 「魔族精靈」; each character can only receive one per day.
4. Using the above items, the player can craft an "Eye of Prodigy" title.

Maybe this is what Lazz meant when he said that newly created accounts (restricted to 1 character per account) gets a free full set perm costume (the one they gave out before during GC HK to TW migration). Now is actually the best time to try HK or make a new character.

Edit: Hmm.. seems the costume is just for 15 days... not sure though..

actually its the other bag... there are two bags given in newly made char...
the 1st one is the bagpack that can be opened when you reach certain levels, and the other is the full set avatar...
i assumed that its perm since it has the set effect.. >_< but its only 15 days confirmed, but maybe theres a quest along the way to make it perm? i dunno, ddnt continue leveling newbie...

what is new about crafting system?? i ddnt notice any changes??
