We can still play HK even now(people from SEA, North America and Brazil can still play), i think they failed on implementing the "foreign IP" on a very wide scale.

Much faster in KR, instant create of raven, eve and chung; 3 hours 1st job advancement (level 19); 5 trials in getting fragments at henrir daily; no seal limit for IB parts and cheap too :3

Problem is that....
in KR:
- speaking in English will have you banned for 3 days
- need credit card to get cash
- set limit in spending cash per month

in TW:
- you need to confirm your TSSN via phone in order for you to spend money for the game
- i'm fearing that elsTW will ensue the same treatment that SDGO TW foreign players will get (IP ban)

hmm yes i agree wif u that about the buying cash thing its really annoying cnt even buy cash like i use to buy in hk server.......well since hk is still playeable right now i guess it wnt hurt plying the server now i can always ply both server XD gonna train my sword taker or train my magic knight ^~^ gonna patch it now(hopefully not patched it today tmmrw IP ban ill freakin smack the GMs')

ummm question wat do u mean free..... u mean new account gets to cr8 raven/chung/eve? and wow no.....when i ply hk elsword it took all my energy just to reach job change(example raven>taker quest>job change choice(here))

So far, the server has been better for me actually.

I'm thinking they did implement it, but allowed some other countries to access the servers.

However, we shall continue to wait and see.

All can create unlimited raven, eve and chung at KR :P
And stamina has decreased consumption on low level maps while it takes a lot in high tier ones like 4-6 (4 man party at vahrd= 10% stam)
And job change items/drops are a sure get everyone :3

HK ban appears to be in place now. Game server does not allow the latest patch unless it's a HK IP.

edit: this only applies to the patching process. After patching, running the game does not require HK IP.

latest patch= 1-24kom, 34-37kom, maybe a few more

Hmm... I can't say for sure that it is since patching is still the same for me but it does seem to be slower than before. It's understandable though since we are getting another EOP event and the last time they held one I always dc'ed if I join an EOP room.

As for the patch files so far I have: 1,2,14,15,17,18,19,20,22,23,24,25,34,35,36,37,38,3 9,40.

I'm still trying to download the rest via manual patch using a download manager since auto-patch keeps on looping.

patching through HK IP is easily 20 times faster... Only took 5 mins for the latest patch

Just a note, though it may damper some spirits, I'll just say it anyways.

So far, Singapore and I'm guessing Malaysia has not and I don't think will be IP-Banned.

I'm seeing this as a reason to get NA Elsword to open their servers for some countries, but seeing as how things stand...

They removed the IP ban again recently. It's kinda on and off like they're trolling us which is extremely annoying.

I'm still playing Elsword although I will only go online if there's any good event that's worth it (either in KR or HK).

Right now I'm on KR though for the event they have for inactive players. Plus I'm also testing out the new update they had last 3/29. The new combo's for sniping ranger and skill re-balance made my day.
