Erm. What point. It says level 65, and all 80 points are used.

With it being a PvP build, I'd get a few points in HP Increase. At least 1, since 1st point gives 100 hp and the next points give 50 hp each.

Take 1 point of Light Shield. 4 seconds I think is more than enough for PvP (For me anyways).

I don't really see a use in FMB for me, as SSA is already a good enough knockdown for me.

Oops, that point from LoH was meant to be in rb moon pieces

The reason I have fmb is because it doesn't really hurt to have another 0 HP knockdown skill , and could make a lot up for 100 extra HP which barely matters in balance, but I'll consider it if I stick to lvl 1 light shield.

FMB is easier to knockdown someone with since its fast and unpredictable (may be a good or bad thing lol) ssa sometimes just takes too long to actually hit someone.

I'm guessing lvl 9 dodge is for the damage o.o

Lvl2 LS should be fine since its a good bonus against a sieg using mdef. You can use that LS to avoid his mdef for a few seconds or maybe just to stick a sleep bind in your opponent's face.

I think its fine except PoS doesn't really need to be that high unless you're going to be using HS over and over again.

You should set your build to lvl 67 since thats when you actually get the boosted HS.

I have lvl 4 PoS o.o I had lvl 2 before but I decided to increase it because of the mp consumption of tears and pieces.

Well.. they put level 9 dodge is at level 63. Isn't it dodge level 10+ for damage, and level 9 for height? o_O

8 dodge is the maximum height possible for dodge. Having it set to level 9 in this level 65 build is for damage purposes, instead of leaving it at 8 solely for the height.
