Basically the heals are fine.
@aeries : Sunlight can be use frequently to cap the health bar at its max.
-1 from concentrate, 1 point doesn't make any difference.
-5 from JoG. JoG is not worth to max. 1 sp increase 10 damage? No thanks. It's better to use it else where.
-1 from dodge. So far i don't see whats the use of dodge. Wave works better then dodge.
-4 from increase health. If you are good enough at dodging from attacks in stage, you don't even need to worry about your hp bar.
+1 for antidote. Agree with WolfDeity. In EPI 4 onwards, the poison is irritating.
+1 for ress. Useful in raid(stage eir is almost the same as raid eir). Can be use to ress someone who is stupid enough to kamikaze to death in raid or stage or first timers who don't know what to do and keeps dying.
+4 for life extention. The skill stimulator says 1k hp. Idk, seems preety godly to me.
+1 for light of purification. Life curses from your pt members. A good example will be the 'walking in opposite direction' curse from ghost raid.
