Doesn't look good to me, I'm inexperienced with Eir, but I can tell you what my build would look like if I would be half as a stage-healer.

As far as I know:

JoG - Lv 1
Mana Regeneration > Mana Increase
Light of Purification - Lv 1?
Antidoe - Lv 1
Moon Bind: good for staging/disabling only if its maxed?
If you're half-half I don't know if you want Sunlight maxed. You have two main heals already, no need for a third one.
Fog > Tears, so you might want to transfer those skill points.

LoP level 1

Antidote DON'T GET.

Poison probably makes u lose like couple hundred HP, but you can heal that in like 2 seconds >_>

Antidote is useless.

@ Aeries: I agree with the Fog > Tears, but tears can be used in combos.

Well yea, but psn is annoying D:

Anyways I don't think stage-eirs would need more than lv 1 tears to combo. Besides, a monster can not withstand a long combo.

Get antidote...why waste your time consistently healing your party members, when you can use antidote, heal them once, and let them do their job?

Also, leave JoG at level 1...those 5 extra skill points are quite useless, since you'll only be using it once per life in PvP (if your opponent lets you) and very rarely in stages because of it's cooldown.

Get 1 Moon Fog, it's a 1-point-wonder.

Leave Life extension at 1, or max it.

i personally like both mp reg and mp increase to be maxed but if ur short on points max regen and not increase...

jog shouldnt be more than lvl 1

-1 concentrate
+1 self heal
+1 res if ur gonna stage

LoP is a cancel skill, as well as Self Heal.
JoG has 5 minute cooldown. 6 points to it is not worth because it's not spammable.

Basically the heals are fine.
@aeries : Sunlight can be use frequently to cap the health bar at its max.

-1 from concentrate, 1 point doesn't make any difference.
-5 from JoG. JoG is not worth to max. 1 sp increase 10 damage? No thanks. It's better to use it else where.
-1 from dodge. So far i don't see whats the use of dodge. Wave works better then dodge.
-4 from increase health. If you are good enough at dodging from attacks in stage, you don't even need to worry about your hp bar.
+1 for antidote. Agree with WolfDeity. In EPI 4 onwards, the poison is irritating.
+1 for ress. Useful in raid(stage eir is almost the same as raid eir). Can be use to ress someone who is stupid enough to kamikaze to death in raid or stage or first timers who don't know what to do and keeps dying.
+4 for life extention. The skill stimulator says 1k hp. Idk, seems preety godly to me.
+1 for light of purification. Life curses from your pt members. A good example will be the 'walking in opposite direction' curse from ghost raid.

So now you are left with 4 sp. You can either use it for Mana recovery or Light shield. And my final build for you should be something like this : http://lunian.genin.jp/en/calc/skill...10060040800_88

First of all, why do you need to cap the health bar at its max?

Anyways, -4 from increase health and +4 for life extension does not make sense. Hey, I agree with +4 life extension as a buff but as far as I know not a lot of people use buffs in normal stages and other buffs and consumables can cancel LE. If LE seems pretty godly to you, wouldn't +4 increase health be even godlier? I don't know who wouldn't want extra permanent HP. Also, dodge is useful when getting out of cornered places when you are down, really up to you, but I don't think lv 1 dodge can be use with a combo.

Ops did i forgot moon fog?And if i get more than 1 point on holy spirit its a total mp eater since i spam alot.

Edit:Er dodge i kinda use it to get out of small monster teaming on me and when i cast i can run away.

Sorry for double posting but i forgot to tell you this.I will be getting mass skill res.When i reach level 50 i will take out holy shout(useless for me since i use holy spirit to knock back).Oh and i edited the thing.

I like people having their health bar at max, so i won't be panicking when someone in my party is dying. Idk, it's my style.

The reason i -4 from increase health is because in Tlunia, his eir have cash items on her, which will increase alot of hp. Idk, like i said, it's my style. I prefer balancing everything.

FYI : His eir have 1151 hp for a lvl 30.
