in balance it does.. if ur at lvl 50 and u get lvl 1 sacerd wave that'll be the max dmg for max sacred wave
but if it's lvl 1 and u lvl to 75 that'd be 1/6 reducing waves dmg by half i believe

Also in case you healers didn't know, SW (in a later patch) knocks enemies down to the ground.

Lol I never noticed Eir had 12 or even nine lvs in moonlight chain...I always thought that they only had 4 or 5...and JUG would be a big waste of time wouldn't it? But my Eir (lv45) if I plan on making to lv 60 or 75 I want super battle Eir...I plan on only having Sunlight Heal and Light of Healing and max Moon Fog, Sacred Wave all those sorts...=D
