ASAAAA dodge turn tears holy spirit? because if you dash then dodge it won't touch the enemy :P

Comment: If you really want to melee after level 8 dodge, I find the dodge sfx to be a good timer for starting melee swings (i.e. wait for it to fade out).

Also, regarding spacing people after level 8 dodge. I find that a lot of people will try to rush you after said space. You can take that opportunity to put a spirit in their face >:P

^ you should shift after AS to close the gap between you and the enemy. And rememebr to use self-heal cancel after Holy spirit. and the "88 44" part isn't really necessary, it should just be wherever you need to go to get next to the enemy and resume whacking

uhg...is there a way to halfdash without number pad? cuz i only have arrows (laptop) T-T
if so how would the keys be? :x

if u half dash in horizontal or vertical directions numpad is not required since ur not moving diagonally

You would want to start the combo diagonally, so facing 3

AS VV > AAAA >>< AAAA >>< AAAA etc. :P


ANYWAY. BIG BIG BIG updates coming up (read: more work for me)

With the new patches coming, here's a list of what I'm hoping Eirs will get when GLunia gets back on.

1) Sacred Wave knocks up = Combo starter
2) Bind can be cancellable anytime
3) Chain is faster (?)
4) Sunlight is dash cancellable
5) down attack is dash cancellable

So.. with new updates equal new combos Looking forward to it. Don't be shy to post some combos that you might already know if you play another version of Lunia that has these already.

I'm looking forward to this a lot, since I usually mess up with Moon Bind by forgetting to cancel it after the first wave, therefore leaving me very vulnerable.

idk about bind cancelable at any time, But it's definite that you can cancel it after the first full wave. Also, jog has more invincibility frames?

One of Eir's best skills. Extremely versatile in combos as well as good for main ground damage. I recommened maxing it if you're pvp/hybrid. Tears is backdash cancellable and skill cancellable.

I remember playing around with Tears of a Goddess in the practice field.

You could try doing AAS Dash AS Tears Self-Heal Cancel, go behind your opponent, and continue with AAAA Shift AAAA Shift... etc. It's not the most efficient way to use Tears, but it might be useful if you're waiting for your MP to recharge + it keeps the enemy in the air for awhile.

yea it gets them to AS height, so i was thinking of a max HS 1 tears build (mainly for stage anyway)

Lol yeah, I have Level One Tears and Level One HS. I originally intended to PvP, but regardless I screwed up my build.

lol i simply cant chain combos loL, dunno if it takes lot of time since im been playing for 2 weeks now. And i dont feel confortable using the numberpad as i always used arrows , have to get used to it ;>

No one is forcing you into using the numpad o_o You don't NEED the numpad to combo. Honestly, after using the arrowkeys for almost 5(?) years now, I'm way too used to it to change into numpad, so I combo with arrows. I mess up from time to time, but it is do-able.

Just start with the simpler ones, like AAS AAAA >>AS [skill] from the beginning until you get the concept, then move onto the more complicated ones.

Level 7
Umm pretty much the same as level 6. SOMETIMES i can do AA dodge turnaroudn holy spirit, but the enemy falls right after the first one or two hits. Again you have to learn the new timing to be able to continue with it.

Hi, it's me!! lol ummm well as you all know what with all the Eir buffs coming along there have been more opportunities to combo, but I haven't really been playing as much as I'd like to. Please feel free to post anything new that you have figured out and feel generous enough to share it with the rest of the PVP Eir Community.

As for myself I'm still experimenting with a bunch of stuff, and re-learning some old stuff. I have a few questions for you guys though... the future of the guide depends on what you answer.

1) Would you be interested in Sunlight of Healing combos? As in, use Sunlight to cancel as WELL as to heal.
2) What are some problems that you have with the combos (or anything else) listed in the guide?
3) The combos you can do depend on what kind of build you have. Are there any concerns of this nature, such as comboing with FMB level 2 rather than FMB level 1?
