Broken quest

The quest says to talk to Gray Tongue then report back to Del. I talked to Gray Tongue then when I tried to talk to Del hes not confirming my quest. He goes on about nothing.

Have you tried to drop the quest and accept again to see if it works? That's the only option that I can think of right now.

Maybe that's the one where the NPC you have to talk to is inside of Tasos Channel. There should be another Del inside the dungeon.

Found em inside Tasos Channel. I was trying to avoid the dungeon too. Thanks for the help.
