Thief Soloing Bosses
 

Well, I've been soloing most of the missions lately and noticed how little skills there are to use against bosses x.X

When facing against regular mobs, I just use the usual air combo. But then, since bosses are not air launchable, I'm pretty much stuck with Cut Down, "x, x, x, x," , that forward lance-like attack, and Somersault...
So all I could do against bosses are pretty much, stand+combo or hit and run with Cut-Down x_X

Anyone have any tips on solo-ing bosses with thief?

Rocket punch really helps on bosses because of it's high damage and range. Until you become a Jester, your options are limited.

Before getting Jester all you can do is hit and run. Cut Down - Upper cut - Dash cut - Repeat.
It gets a lot easier after you get rolling thunder.

And even easier once you can spam final decision + upper screwdriver :py55:

I never found rocket punch too useful really. Well, only against those mini-bosses in farrel's lab (stunstunstun). The long cooldown is what kills it for me.

Use the Box Glove Skill for 1-20 Thief, and far ranger attack wit halot of damaged,but hwen u get jester job,u have alot of skill option that u can use very effective on boss

I just spam charge attack xD

assassin also quite useful against boss but not so nice to mob, he is more effective when 1 v 1
